Now that we have passed the middle of February, my spring dreams are getting more and more intense ...Taken near Ankeveen/The Netherlands.

I thought for a moment that this was a new shot! As Juergen knows, that's really not so far-fetched here in Europe. The forsythia in Wetzlar (Germany) have been blooming for over a week.

It is my habit to jump to other seasons from time to time (though hardly to winter, as I do not like it so much, too little colour in it, I find). So that can be pretty bewildering...

Yes, the best time of the year. Great light, great fresh air, a wonderful spirit of renewal and the strength of life. Actually today spring was in the air - and I left everything behind and went for two rides/walks. So more pictures to come!
