The Netherlands have FORESTS! I almost forgot! I live in the north of the country now, and there's not really anything there that can be considered anything like a "forest".

Anyways, I love this shot!

Yes, the Utrecht hillridge (Utrechtse heuvelrug) is indeed a great place for forests. None of them very big, but still, if you know the right places, you find ample opportunities for good forest shots as you can see from my gallery.
