This is Andromeda Snowstorm also known as Darksnow, born from a military mage clan of Snowstorms, a clan that has deep ties and affinities to Frost Magic. Her parents were veteran war mages but was slain in the battlefield. Andromeda along with her younger brother, was taken away because of their magical ancestry. She was experimented on by her oppressors at a very yoing age up until her final experimentation at the age of 13, the implantation of aurora gorgon eyes (Aurora Gorgons are beautiful mythic creatures that have the ability to freeze their enemies with their gaze).
She was trained then at the art of war and magic mastery. She now serves her oppressors at war and in assassination missions.
