I whine and cry softly, unable to do anything but wait until you did something with me

I stop stroking you, and you continue to sway back and forth a little as I say, "Now, I need to go away for a while to see if anyone else was lucky enough to come into my lair. You stay right here for later, okay?"
And I pat you a couple of times, causing to to swing some more, before I scuttle back down to the cave floor, and leave the den for now, leaving you hanging there for hours on end.

I was miserable, finding this very uncomfortable. I whimper and whine, occasionally wiggling in the cocoon as well.

The hours go by, until eventually, a tiny thread comes slightly loose around your right eye, allowing you to look at your surroundings: hanging upside down with a series of other cocooned animals and birds, at least 50ft off the ground, in a large cavern covered with webbing.

βMmmph...β I was scared, not wanting to hang around here for much longer. I wriggle about some more.

A few more moments of wriggling, and you hear a shifting noise coming from a nearby exit from the cavern, before I enter the cave again with another cocoon, which looks to be some sort of deer I caught. As I bring it in, I lay it down on a nearby rock, before looking up at you.
"Ah, you're still there, safe and sound, like you should be. Comfy?"

βMmph...mph...β I whimper, wriggling some more. Being kept upside down for so long was torture for me.

I climb up to your level, and say, "Ah, I see, too much blood rushing to your head is taking your enjoyment away from the experience. Don't worry, little one, I can help with that..."
And I use one of my legs to cut the thread suspending you, but I catch you with my front legs before you can fall to the cave floor, cradling you once again as more of my drool drips from my mandibles and onto your cocooned form.

βMmph...ahmph...β I was relieved now that I was no longer being held upside down. I was still scared and uncertain of my fate, however

I crawl back down to the cave floor with you in tow, and say, "Well, I think I've waited long enough for this. Hold still, please."
And I sink my fangs into your neck once again, slowing your movements again and making your head go foggy.

I whine, unable to do anything. I began to think that you had finally decided to kill me. βMmm...ph....β

As soon as you're paralyzed once more, I use another coat of webbing to cover your eye, before I turn you around and part my mandibles to expose my open mouth, and I start to shove your cocoon inside, feet first.

I could only whine and cry softly as you began to eat me. You had just brought back a deer, so I did not understand why I had to die, too.

As I bring your waist into my slimy maw, my saliva soaking you through the thick webbing, I can hear your sobs quite clearly through the silken gag around your mouth.
"What's wrong? Are you scared? There's no need, hon, soon you'll be a part of me..."
I take another gulp and shove more of you inside, leaving only your head and shoulders outside.

I continue to cry. I did not want to be a part of you. I just wanted to escape this miserable nightmare.

"Hush, now, or I'll be forced to eat you the normal way: liquifying your innards before drinking them like a soup."
I gulp once more, and your head is the last thing left out in the open air.

I quickly shut up, though I was still terrified by what was happening to me.

"Almost... done..."
And with one last gulp, your entire cocooned body is brought into my mouth, before I swallow once again, and you slide down my throat before ending up in my belly.
"Aaahh... delicious..."

βMmph...mph.β I wait nervously, wondering what was going to happen to me here.

"Mmm... Now, sleep, little one... it'll all be over soon."
As the poison coursing through your veins brings you closer and closer out of consciousness, you can feel the cocoon start to loosen, as my stomach acids begin to melt the threads away.

I groan a little. I did my best to stay awake. I wanted to live

Your body gets more and more numb, and your mind gets ever more foggy. It's getting hard to stay awake as the acid melts your body.
"Sleep... Dream forever, young Ryan..."

I continue to try to fight it, not wanting to give in to the spider

"Hmm... well, maybe not now... Sleep well little one... see you when you wake up..."
As the darkness takes you, you feel nothing at first, before you open your eyes, and find that you're lying awake in your own bed, alive and well, and more importantly, not covered in webbing, or in the belly of a giant spider.

I gasp, sitting up and looking around. Could this real? I wondered, feeling myself with my hands

You're perfectly fine, and you can feel yourself once more. However, as you look around your room, you can see a small black spider spinning a web in the corner of your window.

I stand up, slowly approaching the web to inspect the spider

It looks normal, but you look out of your window, and you see me, Attercop, crouching in your garden, looking straight at you.

A wave of fear falls over me. I just stare at you, unsure of what to think of this.

I wink at you with one of my glossy black eyes and say, "See you around, little one..." before scuttling away into the night.

I stare from my window for a while, very confused by everything that happened. After a short while, I slowly start to go back to bed, wondering why and how the spider had spared me.

(Yeah, I think that will be all for now. This was a lot of fun though, I need to RP as a spider more often! Looking forward to the next one, maybe we can switch roles then!)

My crimson colored gaze narrowed as I observed from within a cluster of stalagmites, my claws curling.

I was walking further into the cave, softly humming to myself without any real worry

With a curious tilt of my head, I stalked around the poorly lit stalagmites, creeping around the human soundlessly.

I continued to walk deeper and deeper, though I was moving slowly

I cast an enormous shadow across the cave as I rose to my full height, blocking the entrance. The moonlight reflected off of my silver hide, making it glimmer slightly, highlighting every pointed scale.

βH-huh...?β I look over, gasping. Frightened by the large creature you were, I take a step.

''Hey there little thing. What are you doing out, so late at night?'' I lower my head slightly, smiling.

''You don't need to be afraid. I won't hurt you.'' I giggled softly, my tail swishing across the stone floor as I took a couple steps closer to you.

I stay put, just hoping that I would be okay

''Who are you, then? You're a brave one to venture into a cave. At night, I might add.'' I was now a few feet away from you, my tail flicking slowly closer.

''My name is Ghost. Fitting, don't you think?'' I lower my head, my snout, which is larger than you, inches from your face.

I timidly nod. βUh-huh!β I began to tremble quietly

My head tilts to the side, as a flash of recognition flickers across my gaze. ''My dear, you shouldn't be nervous. Tell you what. It's far too late to be traveling alone in the dark. How about you stay here tonight, with me?''
