Introduced disguised as a creepy and devilishly aristocratic philanthropist named Peter St. Ciferul, Him is revealed to the girls as a red demonic being, who is literally evil incarnate. Him is extremely evil and his real name strikes instant fear into any mortal and must never be said. Him acts as the overarching main villain of the series, as he is revealed to be the embodiment of the rising conflicts of the city and feeds off the negative energy caused by it. Him is the scariest and most evil foe the girls have faced, as when the girls encounter him, they are extra cautious and know that he is not to be trusted.
