Description Chapater 19
Reaver sleep peacefully the whole night, the only time he awoke was when Raven shiffed possiones. The morning started off different, more the normal. He remembered waking up in the Spire during that long mouth. Being tortuced to tell the Dark ones how it was done. How Reaver was able to inpregent Midna, he himselhad no clue is to how? But they also kept him for something else, which he could not explain. All he knew was that it going to be quiet for a few years.

A maid skittered in and turned on the lights, that did it. Raven seemed to hate being awake in the morning, she began to cry. Reaver thought, well at least she saved it for the morning. "Oh, oh, its okay shh."Midna told her, Raven must be hungry, she thought. But she had no intention of breast feeding with Reaver in the room. Raven calmed down, but indeed, she was hungry. Midna was wearing a nightgown that buttoned in the middle. It was quite fine silk she had to admit, Reaver got out of the bed. Sitting up and shaking himself awake. "Pardon me, but the sun is up now. It is time for thy the awake." She told him in her Hylian spoken tounge. Reaver replied as if the language was his native tounge. "We'll be down in minute, you are dismissed." He told her, she bowed and hurried out of the room.

Sitting up, Midna felt that she could walk again. Raven still wined, Reaver could bear it, for it was his child. As he had thought, it was different if the child is yours. Midna then picked up a binkey from one of the unwrapped presents. Raven, took a likeling to it, for it made her stop. Midna then picked up Raven, standing up rocking her. As Reaver dressed, Midna let Raven calm down. But she hadn't figured out yet, that nothing is going to come out of the binkey. Reaver fully dressed, top hat and cane. The heart tattoo on his cheek always there. Midna set down Raven again, the two not normally quiet to each other. Midna dressed in her Twili clothing, her hair up in a pony tail and her cloak on a chair. She didn't have to use the spell anymore. But she was still slim as ever.

The rest of the day, Midna had stayed with Sophie, Zelda and Page . Trying to set of the crib, but all the four ended up doing was beating it down with the metal poles used to set it up. Midna found this to be a lot harder, then it should have been. "Alright so this piece goes here, no here? Oug! This is confusing!" Page whined, trying to read the confusing directions for the crib set up. Reaver had gone somewhere, claiming to get something. Whatever it was Midna hope, for a baby-built-the-crib-smith. The girls sat in Sophie's bedroom sitting a circle passing Raven around. "So Midna, how has Reaver taken to Raven?" Zelda asked, Midna shurruged her shoulders. "I don't know, I haven't asked and he hasn't said anything about it either." Raven got to Page when Sophie asked. "So Midna, what do you think about bringing Raven home?" Midna then answered. "Well, I don't know how all the severnts at the manor are going to handle a new baby. Oh I wish Maddie was still alive, she was an old maid at the manor. She was killed when the severnts were massacred. I think Raven will stay in the same room with me and Reaver for awhile. But I guess that everything will just unfold as we get there." She replied, then Zelda asked. "Are you and Reaver going to look for Aaron?" Midna's heart sank, how ever was she going to find her baby boy. She said nothing, Zelda knew that she wanted to so bad.

As the day progressed, there was still no sign of Reaver. Where had he gone? Midna began to worry, was he somewhere he shouldn't be? Or is he just lost in the castle again? Whatever it was, Raven didn't seem to worry at all. After awhile, Zelda began to grow worried as well.  And where was Logan, Midna hadn't seen him at all since yesterday. Midna was in her room breast feeding Raven, pulling the black of her skin back on. Then setting Raven down in her crib, Midna turned around. Hearing the cry of a huge wolf, she looked out the window. Well, at least she knew he was alright. She smiled, Midna looked back at the crib, seeing Raven through the bars. She walked over again, picking her back up.

Holding Raven, she smiled, how cute she was. Midna thought, a true Twilight Princess. Walking over to the window, Midna held Raven with one arm, opening the window with the other. Raven, listened to her father's cry, she seemed to want her father now. She began to cry, Midna bounced her softly. Then it stopped, his howling stopped, Midna wondered. She could hear it from the distance, she sat down and held Raven.

Midna hadn't spoken to Reaver all day, was he angry? Or still thinking over the baby thing? Whatever made Reaver tick, was the one mystery Midna would never find the answer to. Now that she thinks about it, what did make Reaver tick? Midna spent a long time thinking about it, hours passed. Raven had fallen asleep in her crib, Midna sat thinking about it. It was a big mystery to her, then without a warning a knock came to the door. "Come in." She said, not bothering to leave her train of thought. Reaver walked in, carrying something. "Darling are you alright?" He asked entering the room. "Um? Oh, yes I am just thinking I suppose lost in my thoughts. Speaking of lost." Midna began, getting up from the be and walking towards Reaver. "Where have you been?" She said playfully, he smiled and only said. "Nowhere."

Midna didn't seem convinced at all she tired to look what Reaver had. "Reaver what are you hiding?" He simply replied with. "Oh nothing at my dear, you shouldn't worry yourself." Midna cocked an eyebrow, then she asked. "Reaver what having you been doing all day?" Reaver simply said again. "Nothing, just got something." Midna hated when Reaver played games like this. "What would that something be?" She asked in a frustriated tone. "Oh it nothing really." He assured her, crossing her arms. Midan tired to see what Reaver was hiding behind his back. He backed up, holding it high in the air. He was of course taller then Midna. All Midna saw was a box, then she jumped for it. Grabbing it, Reaver had forgotten Midna could use her powers again. "Alright you caught me. Its for Raven." He told her, walking over to a wine table and drinking from the bottle.

Midna opened the box, and what she found in it was strange. She pulled out an egg of some sort. "Um what is it?" Midna asked, it was unlike Reaver to bring strange gifts like this. "Well for starters its an egg." He told her. "I can see that, but what kind? And where on earth did you get it from?" She asked, but when she looked in the box again. A blanket was found, she set the egg on the dresser. Then she pulled out the blanket, it was beautiful. "Oh Reaver," She began, it was a dark silk red with golden lining. She walked over to the crib, and drapped Raven with it. She looked to see Raven looked quite fine in it. Reaver walked next to her looking down at the baby. "I think those colors suit her very nicely what do you think, my dear?" He asked sounding more like himself again. "I like it, but what is with the egg?" She asked glancing towards it. "Aw, that I don't know what kind of egg it is, but um? Well, today I went to see the Light Spirit again today. Seeing how it is Raven is born, he gave me few things. The blanket was one, the other was the egg. I asked about it all he said was. To set it in fire for twenty-four hours or so. Only then will it hatch you your young one." Midna looked at the burning fireplace, if the Light Spiri gave it to them. It was for a reason, Midna walked over and placed the egg among the ambers.

"Oh yes one more thing, which I bought." He pulled out something from his pocket, he pulled out a small tara. It had an upside down Triforce in the middle of it, followed by vines that wrapped around it. Still by the crib, he placed it carefully over Raven's head. The crown then glowed, agusting the Raven's head. "The smith I bought it from, said the crown will grow with her. It will always feel comfortable she won't notice it. It seems although, all Hylians know a bit magic." He said walking back for another drink, so this is what he did all day. As he drank from the bottle, Midna kissed him on the cheek. Reaver pulled away from the bottle and kissed Midna. Twisting from one head to the other. Raven began to cry again, Midna was only a few inches from Reaver saying. "I have to get that." She told him, giving him another quick kiss before tending to Raven.

The next morning, Reaver awoke to crying Raven this morning. She had cried a total two times now three. The first Reaver got up, then Midna the next, it was Reaver's turn again. Midna and Reaver both were able to calm Raven down in no time. So he wasn't as tired as he thought he would be, he got up. Picking up Raven, he was use to late nights, and waking up repeatly. Of all those nights of private parties and oregys one would think he was tired all the time.

Midna still asleep, Reaver held his presouies offspring. What was he getting himself into? He meet a different race of a beautiful female women. Fell in love, then got her pregnant, and now he was holding the very child. That would someday save the worlds from the evil that threats the realms. What a propose he served, raising her as his own. On thing was for sure that she would never be allow to through horrible fits.

She would be taught the best edcaution, maybe a few intruments, Midna is possiable going to teach her magic. He himself which he found rather excited about, was teaching her how to shoot. It had taken him decades to learn how to shoot, but being his daughter it wouldn't be problem. Maybe even, have her learn horseback, how to track. Reaver then realized not only did he have a child, he had an apperentice now. Smirking to his daughter, well these years should be fun. But one thing slipped his mind, on little thing. His son, what had become of him? No they couldn't have killed him, they needed both twins. But suddenly his hopes of having peaceful relationship with his son, waned. Thinking, it may be years before Reaver gets to see him.
A sick feeling and hatered for the Dark ones grew in the pit of his stomach. He would get his son back, and he would never stop.
As Reaver made then heard a noise, small but clear enough. He looked over o Midna who was still sleeping, he heard it again. He set Raven down, and drew his pistol from his belt, and cocking it. Holding it in ready posssion as he always did, looking around, there is was again. A sort of cracking sound, he looked behind him, the egg in the fire. It was gone? He saw ash marks skid across the marble floor. The lead to the other side of the bed, Reaver crep slowly to the other side. There, were shells, the egg had hatched. Reaver felt himself in alert, Raven. The gift was meant for Raven. Reaver got up and looked over at the crib, not cleary being able to see through the bars. He walked over, Ravne rubbing her eyes started to fuss about something. Something was moving under the sheets, not crawling not shiffing. Then as Reaver's hand reached to remove the covers. Raven began to cry, then a small quick, lizard thing sprang out of the covers. Bitting the tip of Reaver's index finger, Reaver didn't scream, but struggled to get it off.
"Midna now would be a good time to wake up!" He almost partitical yelled, Midna shot up like a bullet. Then she burst out laughing to see Reaver struggling. He frowned while trying fracticaly to shake it off. The creature, just being born hadn't figured out how to breath and bite. Opened it's mouth to breath, that's when it dropped on the floor disappearing under the bed. Reaver's finger bleed, but he was pissed off that was for sure. To what Midna could tell, she was crying and laughing at the same time.
"Having fun are we?!" He asked angrily, Midna laughed and said. "I sorry, but I never knew you could dance like that my wolf." Reaver ignored her, but he was more concerned of why it was in the crib with Raven. And why was Midna laughing at him? Reaver walked over boots on shirt still not buttoned. Looking in the crib, Raven who fussed to turn over on her belly.
Reaver turned her over on her side it see, something that wasn't there before. A mark of Din, Goddess of Power scared on Raven's side. So this is what the creature did, it scard her! Furest, Reaver kicked the side of the bed with his boot. Midna got out of bed, and looked at Raven's side, now she saw why Reaver was so angry. She thought she would tell him after the creature came out of hiding.
For a minute they heard nothing, Midna sat in a chair by the fire. Reaver stood there, Midna wondered how he was holding his fangs. Reaver couldn't take it anymore, he took the edge of the bed with one hand and lifed it up. There under, a little creature hissed at him, looked at the crib and back at Reaver. The creature was about the size of Reaver's hand, Midna looked and smiled. What a gift she thought, a red creature, with tiny wings and small claws and feet. A long tail with organ colored fur whipping across the floor. So this is what imprinted on Raven, she thought. Nothing more then a winged fire dragon, the dragon looked like the one she had defeated in the Castle in the Sky. Where it was covered with heavy armor, and was corrupted with dark magic. This must be it's offspring, Midna would have to guess. "Your dead." Reaver said pointing the pistol at it, Midna stopped him by placing a hand over his. "Don't I know what it is, it's a winged fire dragon." Midna told him, he looked at her, but wasn't pleased.
"It didn't hurt her, it just imprinted on her. I think Raven has a pet now." She told him, as he set the bed down as the creature slowly backed away from under the bed. Hissing at Reaver, good, he wasn't very fond of a pet dragon either. Although, it was better then dogs, no fur.
Then Midna walked over, and picked up the creature. It loved her, it sat on her neck, purring and rubbing against her smooth neck. Rolling and rolling, Midna giggled, Reaver couldn't believe it. Putting his pistol back in it's holder on his side of his leg.
Midna then picked up the dragon and exaimed it, then smiled. "It's a boy dragon, I think we should call him… Well, I don't know, we'll call you." Midna looked at the dragon, seeing his red color, and his cute golden eyes. "We'll call him…
Scales." She said, Reaver wanted to die, now she was naming it! He stood with a black expression, while Midna placed the creature in the crib with Raven. Notting believing it, the dragon snuggled up to Raven, curled into a ball and fell asleep with her. Midna turned around and looked at Reaver. "What?" She asked, Reaver frowned. "Um? Oh I don't know considering a dragon just gave my daughter a scar. He almost bite of my finger, and your naming it. Everything is fine and dandy." Midna shook her head.
"Well Reaver couldn't get rid of it now anyway. It imprinted on her, they are bounded now. They can't be apart, now that is surely a gift from the Light Spirits. A beautiful blanket, a pet dragon. And you got her a beautiful crown, she is going to be the must spoiled child ever." She said the last word looking down at Raven. "And the dragon may have imprinted on you too." She said looking at Reaver's finger, he shook his head and said. "My dear, what happened was I reached down the pull the covers from Raven when it leaped and bit me. Period." Reaver said, looking at his bleed finger, this ruined his whole day. Then a knock came to the door, Midna allowed who ever to enter. "Hey you guys, I think I may have found a way to find the Dark ones! And.. oh, Reaver what ever did you do to your finger?" Sophie asked looking at Reaver's bloody finger. "Raven decided to get a pet." Reaver said trying to button his shirt with out getting blood on it. "What new pet?" Sophie asked confused. "Oh the Light spirits sent us a little surprise. They gave us an egg, yesterday, they said to keep it in fire. So we did and this morning it hatched, it imprinted on Raven under the covers. When Reaver tired to take a look, it almost bit his finger off."
Sophie giggled, then asked. "What sort of creature?" Midna gestured Sohpie to come to the crib, Sophie walked over and looked down. She saw a little baby dragon laying next to Raven sleeping. Then Midna remembered. "What were you saying again Sophie?" Midna asked, true she didn't hear Sophie speak. Sophie shook her head to remember, then she got excited.
"I think I know where they had taken your baby boy. You see, me and Zel were talking the yesterday and this morning. We were taking about what happened in the Spire." Sophie turned to Reaver, he was the first to wake in the Spire, he knows what Link did. "Reaver when you were in the Spire with Link, what did Link say?" Sophie asked hoping for only two words that all she needed to be sure. "Skyward Strike, I think, and then a purple flash rain through cutting the clouds apart." Reaver cleaning his finger from the blood, Sophie was thrilled. "Good because, last night, Zel and I were playing chess. We were about to go down to see you when a weird thing happened. Zelda started to have a panic attack she completely blacked out. When she woke up she mentioned a spirit that was asleep in the sword had awaken. The spirit, was created by Zel when she was still in Goddess form of Hylia.
" She said, that the spirit had followed the Dark ones in till he was born. Zelda says that she was able to get the baby, and escape! Can you believe it! Now its just a matter of finding her and child, so are you two ready for another adventure?" Sophie asked, true she was excited. "Count me in." Reaver said loading the rest of his pistol, and snapping it shut. Midna looked at Raven, Midna was a mom and had to stay and be one. She didn't like the thought, but she must stay protect her child. Midna turned to Reaver, and walked slowly to him. "Reaver promise me you'll bring back our son?" Midna, wanted him to promise, he rarely ever broke his promises to her. "I promise." He knew why, but he was ready to get his son back. Midna could watch Raven, Midna wasn't carrying a baby anymore. But he knew this you mess with Raven, you mess with Midna. Which was never a go sign, he just hoped, well at least Scales can bit the crap out of anybody who tries to touch Raven.
"Alright with that settled, Reaver if were going, we have to go now." Zelda said from the doorway, they turned around. "Fi, the spirit from long ago, says that she is in an old castle in the sky. Link says he knows where it is, but he says he feels it wrong to disturb that place more. What do you think Midna, you are also the one who was there. Do you feel something wrong, you helped cleanses the temples. You can feel them calling." Zelda said, Midna thought for she did feel something in that sky lurking for blood. "Yes, in fact the temples should not be disturbed at all. I have a terrible feeling in my heart about them. Zelda before you go, promise me, you'll let me at least warp you to the Dessert. Talk to the Sages, they may know what is going on."
Zelda knew they would have to sometime or another. Zelda nodded her head, then said. "Alright, I'll  call Logan, and Link, they are going Page has choosen to stay." Zelda turned around, and walked away fetching the other two warriors. Midna felt very strange all the sudden, without the baby. She could feel all the temples around Hyrule calling for help, all the temples cried in pain. Reaver noticed her distress and asked. "My dear, does something trouble you?" He asked, Sophie looked, if Midna really can hear the temples' cry. Then are they crying now?
"Reaver, I want you to take something with you." Midna walked over to the dresser, she pulled out a small pebble. She turned to Reaver setting it in his palm, closing his fingers around it. "Just in case you need me. Just break this pebble, it will call me to you." Reaver nodded, then he knew somehow he was going to be away for a very long time. Zelda walked in, with Logan and Link. "We're ready Midna warp away." Link said, leaving Zelda's hand to wave by her side saying goodbye to her husband.
Midna then gave Reaver once last goodbye kiss, as she did. The group turned in a thousand black pieces and zoomed into the sky. Taking her love with them, she was left in the room, with Raven and Scales. She only hoped, that Reaver wouldn't try to do everything on his own. That when she was despertly needed, he would call for her.
