Step One (in bold red lettering) Don't Panic. Resuming in a normal font. No, really don't panic. Attempting to run or hide will only provoke her chasing prey instincts.

Step Two unfortunately further parts of the book were obscured by a dried unidentified organic substance on a redish brown color, water damage and identified traces of a dark sauce normally associated with British pubs and steak houses.
