Dreams-Residing in the shadows
Emotion grows beyond all limits
Out of hand and into mind
The thoughts of death override the life
Life in this world is vast yet restraining
Another idea destroyed by reality
Fantasy bliss
Ignorance overpowering
Taking the soul of innocence itself
What destroys this perfect world?
What unseen foe lurks in wait?
To destroy what is left of this imperfect paradise
A plea to those whom are shrouded in lies
Find the truth and find your life
Blind faith in unproven religion
Restrictions pointless even in death
Hungry minds inquiries endless
Supplies of knowledge destroyed over time
Secrets forgotten and go unheard
A world of knowledge laid to waste
Dreams of minds or minds of dreams?
Lacking substance
Ideas vast and unparalleled
A stock of fantasy enjoyed or rejected?
The choice is yours decide once more
Life and death the same or different?
Light to dark and black to white
Eyes see color minds see more
The angel as merciful as his god
The creation defies the creator
Eternal damnation the result of an idea
Creation destroys and destruction creates
Never again but once more it debates
Existence is futile
Hostility lacking
In the dwelling of creation
Destruction is the dark seedling
Nourishment in plenty
This world plunders the joy away
Into the mind it spreads like a virus
Reeking of guilt the blood taints it’s soul
One evil reborn another is dead
Desperation leeks from a severed wrist
Life a plague
Suicide the gateway
Death the sleep that never ends
The eternal rest for which we pray
A soul at ease in sleep it dreams.
