I pencil the contour basically (very few lines) + Ink ( [link] ) + A lot of photoshop's hours

I like this a lot more than the other style of coloring. Looks almost 3-D, but better than line art. Did you shade it with pencils?

great work, I love the textures and graphic elements best as they so match the picture. I do have a hard time finding the light source in the picture, which gives the lady a bit of a random feeling, mostly the dress.
