A very quick experiment with "Anatomy Starter Bundle" and G3F & G3M figures in DAZ Studio and Iray. I was playing with turning all the internal organs (brain, thorax and guts) of a figure into emitter lights to see how they interacted with the default skin SSS settings. The only light in the scene is from the internal organs. No post work.

They are in a basic tango pose. Once I zoomed in on the figures it started to look like she might be pregnant. Her gut light and his hand position really made me think that may be the case
