The thing about this is that, Audrey isn't like any normal Blissians in Anthe. In fact, her mom isn't even from Anthe, but from Cryston (Different Planet) and thus looks different. If Audrey were human, she'd look filipino. What I'm getting at here is that Anthe Blissians have lighter skin, so Hutari here looks white.

When Audrey goes on a trip to Atlasville down south from where she lives, she discovers that it's filled with Blissian people. And she stumbles across Hutari, he was born and raised in Atlasville, Anthe. He has a strange accent, I don't know how it sounds really. However, he talks fast. But he is charming, just like any other teenage boy. And these two hang around for a while, and visit the lake.
