This wasn't meant to be horrifying or sickminded. It was meant as a comedic innuendo, like the "Goodnight everybody" moments on Animaniacs (there were also moments likes these in Power Puff Girls, Edd Ed n Eddy, The Flintstones and several others). I also tried to write it so it could be looked at in two ways, the first way is the more naughtier way, the second one is that Derpy is just being random (you may notice I don't show the events of what happened before Doctor Whooves and Derpy woke up, that way it's left up to the audience to decide what happened).

A very perplexing conundrum indeed...

I don't like that it has a sickminded side to the script. If it will be public for viewing, make a few changes, make it more kid-friendly (with no possibility of subliminal messages). Add ponyjama's (pony pajamas) to Derpy (A tux on the Doctor since he drank too much "cider" at a party insinuated in the other comic scene) and maybe mention a dip-cone instead (you know the vanilla icecream on a cone covered by a chocolate shell). It would help to fix some expressions as well. the Doctor shouldn't looked worried beyond belief, he should look a little "hung-over" I guess, also a confused look on his face when she says a couple of things, and a shoulder shrug on the Doctor in the last scene as he leaves the room/house in his pony tux.
