This wasn't meant to be horrifying or sickminded. It was meant as a comedic innuendo, like the "Goodnight everybody" moments on Animaniacs (there were also moments likes these in Power Puff Girls, Edd Ed n Eddy, The Flintstones and several others). I also tried to write it so it could be looked at in two ways, the first way is the more naughtier way, the second one is that Derpy is just being random (you may notice I don't show the events of what happened before Doctor Whooves and Derpy woke up, that way it's left up to the audience to decide what happened).

To answer your question yes timelords are very impudent. Especially the Doctor. You may have meant impotent however. And where has it ever been said they're impotent or infertile.

Thank you for the clarification. I also vaguely recall hearing someone talk about the timelords of a specific generation being unable to procreate through sex, and must use a sort of suedo cloning entity.

I admit i haven't seen any episodes with the newest doctor if thats where that came from. However the doctor did procreate accidently in an earlier story and did so without intercourse. It wasn't timelord technology though.

reminds me of a joke I heard. three guys need to stay at a hotel, but they only have one room and it has only one bed. the three men decide it's better than nothing and take the room. they all sleep in the same bed and when they wake up, they decide to talk about their dreams over breakfast. the first man says "Last night, I dreamed that a Brazilian supermodel was giving me a handjob." the second man says "That's incredible, I had the same dream last night as well!" the third man then says "you guys are perverts, having dreams like that.
