HEHE!!! A proud North Korean Zoroark, whose name is Jong-san (my new Pokémon OC), being under the current leader Kim Jong-un (김정은 / 金正恩)'s commands, is very proud of his collaborations with the entire nation about the ongoing nuclearization program. This drawing took place back in 2012 at the Sohae Satellite Launching Station (서해위성발사장 / 西海衛星發射場) in the northwest of North Korea, where it launches the series of Unha (은하 / 銀河) rocket, carrying the satellites into space. There, a Unha-3 rocket, carrying the satellite called the Kwangmyŏngsŏng-3 (광명성 3호 / 光明星3號), was launched on April 13, but unfortunately got failed, because it got exploded and crashed into the sea near the Southern Korea. However, the North Korean government announced that a replacement satellite under the name Kwangmyŏngsŏng-3 Unit 2 (광명성3호 2호기 / 光明星3號 2號機) will be launched since its failure. On December 12 of the same year, it launched successfully and brought into Earth orbit. There in this picture, Jong-san feels proud of the rocket launch success, creating good process to North Korea's nuclearization and promote strong power to strengthen the nation.

P.S. Jong-san is currently the permanent member of the Worker's Party of Korea (조선로동당 / 朝鮮勞動黨), as he's being very loyal to show full discipline behaviors in listening to every commands by Kim Jong-un without disobeying the laws of Jucheism.
