Tell TeamGirl-Differel  to shove Andrew Gillum's primary victory up her ass. Be gentle though, they're probably still butthurt about Joe Crowley losing to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Soooo, basically you're advocating that voters knuckle under to extortion and elect a terrible candidate just to avoid the possibility that his followers might cause trouble.

Because TeamGirl-Differel  is just as big a snowflake as Fallendragonwolf  they blocked me. I only found out about that after I had formulated my reply. Since I don't want my effort to go to waste I'm putting it here.

You are a painfully stupid, loudmouthed idiot. Remember when foreign governments gave millions to her foundation while Clinton was at State Department? Remember when her husband was accused of rape and sexual assault and she just brushed it off? Remember those speaking fees she got from industries who she would have been tasked with regulating if elected? Remember when she coordinated with the DNC to sabotage the Sanders campaign? I could go on but you're just a brainwashed Clinton supporter, just as impervious to reality as Trump's disciples.

Which is exactly why we blocked him. We have little tolerance for people who use insults and propaganda as a substitute for rational arguments. For example:

foreign governments gave millions to her foundation while Clinton was at State Department -- hugely exaggerated by the right; the Foundation actually stopped accepting donations from governments while she was Secretary of State; it did accept donations from foreign individuals, but there is no evidence that these payments influenced any of her decisions; in fact, there were several instances when she decided against these foreign individual's interests

her husband was accused of rape and sexual assault and she just brushed it off -- outright lie, based on the fact that she did not publicly criticize her husband; which was because she knew he was innocent (those accusations were themselves right-wing lies)

those speaking fees she got from industries who she would have been tasked with regulating if elected -- hugely exaggerated by the right, and all this occurred after she was involved in government or campaigning; she stopped giving speeches when she decided to run again in 2016; there is no evidence that these fees would have influenced her actions as president, especially since some of these speeches were critical of Wall Street

she coordinated with the DNC to sabotage the Sanders campaign -- there is no evidence that she was involved or had ordered it, and Sanders himself has repeatedly stated that there was no sabotage; in fact he endorsed her and begged his followers to vote for her, but they threw him under the bus

Like we said, EVERYTHING negative told about her has been disproven or debunked. That he nonetheless keeps regurgitating these lies and propaganda strongly suggests that despite statements to the contrary, he is just another Trumpster who denies reality.

EVERYTHING!

Meanwhile, people like you never seem to offer any evidence of your claim, just propaganda.

Another response to Fallendragonwolf - who continues blocking me, lest a reasoned discussion take place.  If someone who hasn't had the privilidge to be blocked by that genius wishes to copy this and paste it into one of his very important threads, please feel free:

If people are turning on this artist, then why on earth are you (Fallendragonwolf) still posting criticism about art that you don't like?  Unlike the Mr. Trump Show, you don't have to watch it day after day.

Mr. Trump is the Jim Jones of the modern age, much like Alex Jones or Rush Limbaugh, who have built a wonderful entertainment empire of cards based on slimy charisma, appealing bigotry, and blatant shortsightedness - rather like UKIP.  His tactics are fine for niche entertainment venues like Faux News, and the National Enquirer, but under the light of day, the weight of law, and the practicalities of politics, they do not work very well for very long.

The tragedy is that Mr. Trump is a businessman and handled the election like a hostile takeover; in a business world, that means conducting massive layoffs (he has not filled numerous vacancies such as ambassodorships, and turnover has been insane) making wild claims about success (I see North Korea is still making Nukes and Russia is still ruining elections), and forgetting to pay the bills while slicing up and selling off less profitable parts of the business at high markup prices to make a profit.  I wonder who will buy up drains on the national economy like Kentucky, Alabama and Mississippi?

Mr. Trump is the Jim Jones of the modern age...

Well, at least you didn't say he's Hitler   like every other whinny idiot out there. Still a pretty narrow equivalence if you ask me.

Say what you will about Alex Jones, but the four multi-million dollar corporations who censored made a huge mistake. They just looked desperate with a move like that. You know the famous Tyrion quote? “When you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you're only telling the world that you fear what he might say.”

And, to be fair with Rush Limbaugh, while I don't know much about the man he sounds like a stand-up guy from what I've seen here at least: www.youtube.com/watch?v=isl15C…

In response to Fallendragonwolf:

We didn't block him; he blocked us. He's done it before. Unfortunately, he seems to have forgotten that that means he can't reply to us, either. Or, maybe it was on purpose.

If we were to block him, it would be because we cannot engage someone in a debate who refuses to say anything that can be debated or is worth debating. We know from past experience that, despite his claims to the contrary, he's just a troll, and isn't interested in actual debate, just yanking people's chains.

We also have little patience with people who pull stunts like blocking us, then running to the group, whining and crying about how they were cruelly mistreated by those nasty girls.

Well, he's protected now, as long as he maintains the block. If he's got any kind of a backbone, he will, but he could lift it; he's done that before, too. We're just glad that we don't have to deal with him anymore.

Let's just see how long he keeps crying and whining.

Honey, Churchill never said that, Antifa is a Russian organization that is pro-trump, and the hatred of a free and independent press that is free to criticize the politicians is a sign of fascism. Also, anti-white and anti-men? Are you so fragile that anything that doesn't jack you off is automatically evil? Jeez, you Snowflakes need to nut up and accept reality, when a President with Russian connections in Russian private business looks at the very Russians who are accused of tampering with democracy and there is a mountain of evidence against those Russians and the president says "No, the FBI, CIA, NSA, and all other Intel Organizations that would know this shit are wrong, and I believe Big Daddy Putin, Heil Putin", then there is some serious problems with that supposed President.

Especially when he looks at North Korea and says "I love Fascism, let's go to war against Canada", that is another problem.

I don't want a valid, solid argument. I want to be ridiculous because I'm helpless to change a rigged republic that tricks its citizens into thinking they have a democratic voice when it's actually old white men with more money than they could possibly spend pulling the strings.

👍: 0 ⏩: 2

ThefirstEpidot In reply to The-SKA-King [2018-08-26 12:03:55 +0000 UTC]

The thing is though, those strings are not very visible, and not as guarded as one would think. Democrat or republican doesn't matter when truth is the only valid option after all. And with a little bit of convincing, people don't need to be pushing against other people, but might rather look through options and start discussing instead. And with true discussion, there will always be ground lost and gained. With a bit of time, you might find yourself winning more ground than losing grounds, as well as realizing things that you were unclear about before. That is when you have a good democracy.

The-SKA-King In reply to ThefirstEpidot [2018-09-14 14:09:46 +0000 UTC]

Man, I really wish that we had a democracy. Because at least that way we'd have a voice. But, until the US goes from a republic to a democracy (right now it's a "democratic" republic), we're not really going to have a say. It's true that discussion can have some sort of movement, but it's difficult without forcing change through wide-spread public refusal to cooperate or unabashed upheaval. I think we agree on the base requirement, though, which is public cohesion against the status quo; not a difficult task if the population is well-educated, which certain regions are certainly not (I live in the state placed 49th out of all 50 states in terms of education, just ahead of Mississippi).

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

ThefirstEpidot In reply to The-SKA-King [2018-09-18 13:01:54 +0000 UTC]

I went right into a long, drawn out lecture when I was about to answer this, which I saw wasn't the way to go. Look. It isn't too late for true democracy to happen. After all, things are changing. And I don't think that the democratic party will have super delegates for much longer, now that the culture within the party is changing. And once that change enough, then the political laws about bribery will probably change too, and that will certainly breath new life into American Politics. Something I really hope will happen, as the rest of the world follow in America's footsteps, for better and for worse. And I don't mind saying that recently, it has been for the worse (out of control politicians that divide rather than bring people together).

As for education and change, you might be right, but that doesn't stop people from trying to change things in the small, little by little. After all, the reason why higher education makes it easier, is because it teaches people how to look past personal perceptions, in face of evidence and facts. Not something that is always done by the higher educated mind you, so it isn't always a given. However, nothing stops someone without higher education from thinking this way. Probably, a lot already do, but might not have been engaged enough to question things beyond certain areas or interests. Or been pushed to give up on already held opinions, in a way that they will accept.

What one have to do though, is fight against the confrontational way that people go after one another. Victimizing white, straight males is a sure way to shut down any conversation about equal rights, as the rights of the white, straight males were just taken away in the generalization. And seeing as they were just victimized by those that are not white, straight males, there won't seem to be anything wrong with showing just how racist their attackers are.

And that cycle, is really the ultimate problem of the political divide that is in place today. The notion that everyone on the other side does bad towards the other, promoting a similar response in return. . . and I went right into another lecture. I am sorry about that, but I will let this one stand. Just had that circle of arguing on my mind today, so I had to put it out there I suppose. And that to clear things up, one will have to face the bad on both sides of the political spectrum, as being subjected to only one will just color you one way or another.

And yes. I do claim that pushing the privilege card on white, straight males, simply for being that, is somewhat racist. And to for the divide to heal, then there are claims and notions that needs clearing up.
