Description 32mm scale pewter gaming miniatures marked "Gunmetal Games" on the bases (manufacturer: Iron Wind Metals, maybe? -- sculptor unknown), from the Interface Zero 2.0 Kickstarter, re-based on resin "tech" 25mm round bases from War Cast Studios, and with a piece of scrap laser-cut acrylic from Warsenal, painted up as "Street Samurai" and "Hacker" for a cyberpunk RPG scenario.

I've actually painted up a few of these minis, as they're nice, iconic retro-cyberpunk types.  The "Street Samurai" has a billowing trenchcoat that is ideal for painting on "Tron lines" or insignia.  I think the right half of the face is intended to be painted up metal, like he's got half a cyber-face, but I decided to paint it up more like half of a Kabuki mask, since I thought that would be a little more modern and stylish (vs. clunky '80s-style cybertech where exposed mechanical surfaces were more in vogue in the art).

For the Hacker, I decided to show an "augmented reality" view of the figure, by having a pop-up interface display (as represented by the gouged piece of neon pink acrylic) at the end of the character's "power glove."  To get the radial interface display, I drilled a hole in each side of the acrylic, then made a makeshift compass from bent paperclip wire, and -- taking it up with a set of needle-nose pliers -- proceeded to twist it around and gouge circular arcs around the center hole.  I then took a hobby knife to cut out radial lines from the center.  When light catches the gouges in just the right way, they show up as "glowing" lines against the hot-pink acrylic background.
