Description
He hypnotizes his pray with his red 'eyes'

After his pray is hypnotized, he strikes by wraping his tentacles arround his victims and while the sharp poisonous purple claws on his tentacles inject venom they cut the pray
(his teeth are the same as his claws)

the blades on his back are also poisonous but they are mainly used to scare creatures away when he's sleeping

Although he's actually blind, he can see with his heatvision so he can basicly see temperatures

he is THE dominant species on his planet
No other creatures (who thinks about what he does) tries to mess with him
Although there are some (dumb) species wich sometimes attack these creatures
These dumb creatures are bigger, but they only win very few times
