Description
BEFORE ANYTHING, I JUST WANT TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW THAT I DON'T MEAN "BREAK TIME" AS IN I'M TAKING A BREAK, IT'S MERELY JUST THE TITLE OF THE DEVIATION. JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE NO ONE WAS GETTING WORRIED.Well, as I said before in one of my polls, I said that I was gonna start posting Pikmin art (all three games).
I wanted to start off with something pretty detailed as this is also my 300th deviation (I just noticed that XD).
I also wanted to start off with Pikmin 3 since I find it cute when all three captains are together (Alph, Brittany, Captain Charlie).
For those who don't know know what Pikmin is, it's a Nintendo franchise developed by Shigeru Miyamoto. The game is supposed to take 250 million years into the future where humans are extinct during that time. A Hocotatian named Captain Olimar finished a mission but while he was going back to his home planet, Hocotate, a meteor crashed onto his ship and broke it into 30 pieces. Olimar crash landed on Earth (which is later called PNF-404). His space suit can only last him for 30 days and he needs to recover his ship, the S.S. Dolphin as quickly as possible. Though he can't do it alone, that's when he discovers these strange creatures which he later calls "Pikmin". There are three common types of Pikmin (7 species in total). Red Pikmin are strong fighters and are resistent to fire. Yellow Pikmin can be thrown really high and are resistent from and can conduct electricity. Blue Pikmin can survive in water and collect item sfrom the water. Olimar needs to use these little guys to get him back to Hocotate. The story will continue depending on how you play the game. There is the good ending where you collect all of the missing pieces in the game. There is the normal ending where you collect all the required pieces in the game. And then there is the bad ending where you fail to get all the required pieces in the game thus ending your adventure.
There are two sequels to this game which intorduce two new Pikmin each but I think you should just search that up yourself. The picture you are currently looking at is based around Pikmin 3.
I'm probably gonna post another Halloween comic and it'll either be based around FSA:FA or FredBear & Friends, I'm thinking about it right now! Thanks for reading!
I was to listening to the "Garden of Hope" theme from Pikmin 3 while I was drawing this, it's very soothing and fits well with the orange sky and relaxation in this drawing.

I'm gonna leave the WIP for this over here in case anybody wants to compare the two drawings before and after they were finished.
