Description
Dumsy is Based on a crash test dummy, and doesn't look too dissimilar from one. Remember, it used to be an inanimate object, so it wouldn't necessarily look like a naturally occuring pokemon might.Dangerprone - All attacks are drawn to this Pokemon.

Name Meaning: Dummy-Clumsy
Evolves: N/A
Originally used as part of an experiment to test the effects of Pokemon attacks on humans, it was brought to life by the impact of a powerful move. When in shock, its head springs out of place.

A Pokemon with an ability more frightening than a Rage Powder abusing Amoonguss? If this guy, has defenses better than Amoonguss, I would cry because I have a hard enough time one-hit koing an Amoonguss... Gastro Acid would probably be a move more well noted... XD

I love this guy. The re-design you did of him was awesome. If this guy was official, I'd catch him in an instant.

The groove is one of its 'eyes' - its facing to the left. The pokeball pattern is a headphone like feature on both sides of its head.

Its called the Test Pokemon because it was used in experiments. But I guess it would test your patience and ability in battles, especially double/triples!
