I'd been thinking of some Disney-girl fan-animation possibilities for a while, so I figured this would be a good place to start. A nice, little animation to break up the larger projects....It ended up taking a month to complete.

What was harder to animate, her arms & hands or her legs and hips (and cloth)?

The hips and legs were the most important, so those took several tries to get right. The hands were a little tricky, but oddly enough, it was the feet that turned out to be trickier. (The hands are allowed to do whatever they want, but the feet have to support the whole figure, so there's much less room for error.)
Cloth is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.

Well, feet usually aren't hard to do at all, they just turned out to be harder than I expected with this specific animation.

Yeah, I went through several videos of dancers until I found some moves I could replicate as a looping action. From there, I did a couple of rough tests until the movements felt right. (more or less...)
