Mettaton - after his power reserves ran out he escaped his metal prison, fleeing to the ruins to protect alphys and undyne, but he was too late
Toriel - takes on horror mettaton's role as a caretaker of the sick, specifically sans
Sans was overthrown by papyrus and Flowey, being fatally damaged in the process, now being cared for by toriel
Papyrus - flowey's pawn, used to take over the underground
Also forced to kill undyne and alphys by Flowey
So they didn't have a chance of taking the throne again
Flowey - the new monarch of the underground, molding it into his own view, with cahar by his side for comfort
