I am currently working on building my Fiverr services account and I am currently offering full page colour flats for a $5 in order to gather reviews
I will do comic-based flats (this will help divide different colour areas) on your comic pages, graphics, photos, and line arts. I'll use the colour palette that I consider appropriate. But am happy to use your references if provided. I will supply these files for you in the original source (PSD) and you are free to use these for commercial purposes.
