#inktober #inktober2020 day 19 is "dizzy". I honestly forgot this adorable little guy existed. I was looking up "dizzy Looney Toons" just thinking I would go with the usual stars and birds trope and this guy, Dizzy Devil from Tiny Toons, was among the top results and I got excited. I LOVED this show as a kid. There's not a lot of details I still recall outside of a few gags but I remember thinking this dude was really fun. So he gets the honor today.
