Just saw this today.
I've enjoyed it big time, especially the comedy, some sad stuff, and the brothership between Greg and Rodrick (which didn't happened in the books).
Also, this film is a tribute to the late Ed Asner, who played Grandpa Heffley in this before his death.
I loved it. I can't wait for the Final Straw adaptation.
