  Sweet -  Juni can often be found nurturing the cubs of her pride, as well as just making sure everyone else is okay. She cares deeply for every animal and likes to make friends with those not of her kind. Though not a healer, this tigress will go well out of her way to make sure everyone is taken care of.
  Brave -  Juni may be on the small side for a tiger, but her bulk packs a good punch. She is quick to come between those she loves and threats. She also has an odd fascination with fear, so she will often step up when those behind her are afraid to move forward.
Observant -  Being a cub sitter, Juni's eyes and ears are always open for incoming threats....and wondering cubs. There is not a single snapping twig that she doesn't listen for.

Quiet - Juni likes to keep to herself in conversations and would rather just listen. She is not shy perse, but just finds solace and peace in silence. Its rare that she gets that away from the kids!
Foodie - This tigress is not a hunter for the pride, but she is always catching something small when she has a free moment. She is also known for hoarding a stash of meat for later munching. Hopefully the cubs don't find it.
Trusting - It can be both a pro and a con that Juni is quick to believe and invite in most that she meets. The tigress has been one to stick up for loners when pride mates have been skeptical, and it might bite her in the rear one day. She is so loving to anyone she meets that Juni doesn't quite believe someone could have evil intentions.

Impulsive- Juni sometimes doesn't think before she acts, especially if you manage to make her angry. When ticked off, she goes into a blind rage and often regrets what she says or does. Alternatively, her impulsiveness also makes her horrible at hunting. She is too quick to pounce and messes up her timing, and same goes for fishing.
Clumsy- Juni may be small in height, but she is quite a beefy little tiger. The poor thing bumbs into things quite a lot, resulting in her scaring away most prey from her loud thudding. Often times, Juni stumbles over absolutely nothing and makes a fool of herself.
Superstitious-  Juni is definitely one to believe old wise tales and takes them very seriously! If there is any myth told to her by an elder, she does not take it with a grain of salt. The tigress is extremely respectful to shamans and looks at sacred locations with total awe and worship. However, her behavior makes her blame her own actions on superstition instead of taking responsibility.

History: Juni was born in the jungles, close to where the Matumaini Pride resides, and was one of two cubs to two adoring parents. In her first week of age, Juni's brother was sadly lost in a flash flood that stormed through their jungle. Being born temporarily blind like all tigers, he could not keep up and was swiftly taken before their mother could come to the rescue. Juni's father, though a kind and humble solitary male, had come and gone...moving on to start his next family. Juni lived alone with her mother for two years in the jungle, learning all of her ways of navigation and hunting. The young female proved to be absolutely horrible at trying to feed herself. Without her mother's guidance, she surely would have starved. After a time, though, Juni could not help but feel the calling for her own adventures. Instead of staying near her mother's territory, the golden tiger wanted to branch out and explore past the lush, green trees she grew up in. First, she traveled to the blinding white Frostlands. She met a cat of her own kind there...but one white in color that stunned her. He was older, a grump, and not a male you wanted on your bad side. The white tiger, Otshel'nik, did not want company.

Alas, after days of careful following and begging, Juni earned herself a begrudging lesson in snow living. Otshel'nik further taught Juni how to hunt for hares and for the first time, gaze upon the stars. He spoke to her of great leaders that led nations and wise old ones that traveled across lands of desert, grass, snow, and sea. He became her teacher in ways only a father could provide. One night, however, Otshel'nik came home with blood painting his snowy fur. To Juni's horror, he laid with her there in their cave, bleeding out, and giving her a rare soft smile. His final words were about how he was so glad he was not dying alone, and that Juni was the dearest, most rascal daughter he never had. It was an aggressive rogue male who had come upon Juni's scent that he'd fought and slain for her own protection. It came at the cost of his life.

After Otshel'nek's passing, Juni could stay at the cave no longer. Her travels led her to the Night Pride of Usiku. Though brand new to the pride of mixed felines, she was able to earn enough trust to be a member charged with the protection of the pride's children. It is an honor that she takes great pride in, and does her best to prove that she deserves the opportunity. She can be shy around other adults but comes completely out of her shell with cubs. When not observing the children, Juni can be found cooling off in an enjoyable swimming pool, stargazing, and exploring in hopes to find caves that rare reminiscent of her dear white tiger.
