10.Red Ribbon’s Androids (Dragon Ball)
Red Ribbon Army goes through a slew of Androids, several of which nearly accomplish their apocalyptic goals. Even now, in Dragon Ball Super’s manga, Androids remain a problem for the heroes.
9.Zaku Mobile Suits (Mobile Suit Gundam)
The Zaku is the Zeon Empire’s primary mobile suit, and its presence typically means that danger and destruction are imminent. The Zaku become such a symbol of oppression, even when no one is piloting them, that their “evil” still comes forward.
8.Lychee (Lychee Light Club)
Lychee is associated with the main characters, but it's hard to view him as a hero on any level. Lychee invokes fear in the female members of the student body, but he also causes dissent within the Light Club that reaches the point of murder. Lychee is directly responsible for many tragedies even if he's not always the perpetrator.
7.Machinedramon (Digimon Adventure)
Machinedramon is one of many robotic Digimon, but this one stands out because it’s 100% metallic and created through the synthesis of most other Cyborg Digimon. Machinedramon is viewed as not only one of the strongest creatures in the Digital World, but it’s powered by a malice-fueled DigiCore, which is a testament to its evil nature.
6.Hiro (Inuyashiki)
Inuyashiki jumps into action as the reluctant hero since he doesn't view anyone else as capable of defeating Hiro's abilities. Hiro goes on multiple killing sprees that are without rhyme or reason other than to emphasize the random nature of violence.
5.Skull (Cyborg 009)
Skull spreads destruction and reliance on powerful weaponry, but he's also responsible for the creation of the 00 cyborg line and these individuals' conversion into cyborgs. Skull has put himself through the same process, but he relishes his mechanical upgrades.
4.Harry MacDougall (Outlaw Star)
Harry MacDougall looks human, but he’s full of robotic abilities that slow down Gene and the rest of his crew. Harry is focused on retrieving Melfina, a fellow android, so the two of them can live their robot lives together in harmony. This would be sweet if Melfina felt the same way, but it instead turns into an obsessive kidnapping attempt.
3.Kintoki Sakata (Gintama)
Kintoki replaces Gintoki, and not only does nobody notice the difference, but their lives become actively better. Gintoki realizes that sinister work is afoot, and even though the character turns into a lukewarm adversary of sorts, it’s still significant that he nearly erases Gintoki from existence.
2.General Rilldo (Dragon Ball GT)
General Rilldo emerges as the most committed and evil of these robot mutations, but Goku and company go to their home planet, M-2, in order to make sure that this threat stays contained. There’s a level of pride in Machine Mutants that brings out a very dangerous side to these transforming terrors.
1.Kazundo Gouda (Ghost In The Shell: S.A.C. 2nd GIG)
Gouda plays with the idea of terrorism and refugees that reflects his disdain for humanity and their malleable nature. Gouda has installed multiple cybernetic parts into himself to better transcend humanity, but he intentionally chooses to leave his disfigured face as is to better disarm his targets.
