Description

One of the few major versions I kinda felt I was missing from my collection was a good figure representation of Spacegodzilla crystal cocoon form, but as sometimes happens with monsters in the Toho lineup certain versions don't get the best merch, and all I had of this particular form was a little chibi figure. I made an attempt to turn one of the crappy Playmates Spacegodzilla toys into this via customization but I quickly figured out that it was going to be too large and heavy given that I was attempting to do my usual work in foil and clay.

So instead I bit the bullet, got a good deal from a Japanese seller and added this beautiful little piece to the shelf. I've never bought Cast resin figures because typically they're way too expensive for my blood considering how fragile resin can be, but they have done some amazing work on monsters and props that casual fans might not have ever given thought to being made in 3 dimensions, but thankfully for completionist freaks like me the company has us covered. It's just hard to find them on the secondary market for anything close to sane prices.
