L.A.,2008, following the disaster brought about by Obsidious and Kumasagami, the devil serpent Buraki came to the already crippled city in search of the human who had the mystic Yeejoul that would turn him into a super dragon kaiju. But his plans were foiled for just as his jaws were about to close around the innocent girl he was after, the good Imoogi intercepted the fiend and the two titanic snakes grappled with each other till it appeared that Buraki had killed his noble counterpart and left his still body in the street but the good Imoogi held to life as the human he saved sacrificed herself to him for the greater good and enable him to rise up as something much more than Buraki could deal with.
