That’s a bit of an oxymoron I mean originally speaking Godzilla was meant to be scary to begin with, the reason his character exists is to be a metaphor for the horrors of the Hiroshima bomb. His whole image as the action antihero-king of the monsters didn’t come until later in the showa era after in the 60s. The fact he is intimidating should incline one to think he’s Godzilla (that and the fact he’s still an incarnation just the same). Though it’s understandable if you dislike said incarnation for artistic reasons.

That would be fucking epic. This shin godzilla has really grown on me. Especially since the effects he has on humans is insane. Kinda reminds me of how zilla laid eggs but shin like does some even more horrifying shit.
