Like the shading, the proportions seem decent, breasts seem a tad too close but what would I know about that. Arms are too long. Arms go to about 1-3 inches above the knee, your hand seems to reach below it which is, well, kind of an oddity. The clothe seems a tad smooth, maybe a few more wrinkles would do it good. Also the elbow seems to be facing at an impossible angle in comparison to the position of the rest of the arm. All around pretty awesome but possibly touch things up at tad?
As you can tell I am awful at critique but, eh, I tried, hope this is helpful.

As mentioned, the arm is too long, BUT I will mention a way around that. When it's laying to the side like that, sketch out the wrist level to the crotch area. That way, you can figure out where the rest of the arm goes.
That said, it's really a cute pic regardless.
