Qaizar Neutron

Real name: Enki Filius Eliza Regina, or Enki, son of Queen Eliza.

Enki's a prince in the free city of Sinkiang, which was built by two kings and three queens: Kang, Tsung, Adrina, Rihiana, and Eliza. The Eye of Chitian is kept in the great hall of Sinkiang's subterranean castle: an ancient crystal holding the power to open interdimensional doorways to other worlds. The Five rulers of Sinkiang are loyal to Onaga, and open their gates whenever the Army of the Dragon King needs to enter external Realms.

When Shao Kahn, Onaga's former adviser, poisoned the Dragon King, he stole the throne of Outworld from him, plunging the Realm into a state of chaos and oppression. Upon receiving word of Onaga's death, the Five send Enki; Eliza's only son, and the oldest and strongest of Sinkiang's princes, to travel to Onaga's court and pay respect to the fallen Emperor's wife; the All-Queen. Anticipating civil conflagrations to erupt, the Five remain in Sinkiang, and Eliza orders Enki not to reveal his identity to anyone, and use the name Qaizar Neutron, instead. This means "small particle of the Emperor having neither positive nor negative electrical charge", conveying his subservience to Onaga, while also hinting at Enki's powers. Enki can combine Electrokinesis and Photokinesis to create cutting laser blades and electric arcs. Qaizar's real mission, however, is to find and assassinate the usurper Shao Kahn, for the Five know that he will soon come to Sinkiang for the Eye of Chitian.

Qaizar Neutron wouldn't get the opportunity to offer Sinkiang's condolences to the All-Queen, as she had already disappeared and was rumored to have committed suicide. Qaizar, instead, gets involved in the battles that surround the catastrophic event, and as the future of Sinkiang depends on him completing his mission, he finds himself forming new alliances and friendships with complete strangers.
