I'm trying to adapt my own cartoon style, since I need to branch out from all that anime I draw xDSo this is sort of the style I'm going for, I took a lot of inspiration from Steven Universe.

the way it looks is amazing and I feel like this is from steven universe. the way u outlined the stuff is awesome. the shadows are right where they need to be and that's what it takes to win a competition. the background is amazing and no matter what u can do things like things the drawing is estatically pleasing. the hands don't look right to me I can't tell her emotion in her face. you could've added a bunny hoping around or a few ladybugs but overall this is a well thought out speedpaint. so keep it up and you'll win no matter what.
