No problem :3.
But actually I don't draw the outlines dark. I draw them really light. They become darker because of the colouration. And if there is still something too light, I draw with the pencil over the colouration again (but I do this really seldom and only on small parts of the outlines, because otherwise they become too dark). Sometimes I also use coloured pencils after the colouration is finished and draw over some small parts of the outlines with them (but also really seldom).

What's the problem? o_o I think she has better things to do than drawing characters from somebody she doesn't even know. And you don't even seem to value the work that would be behind it if you just start being rude.
I guess, so you wouldn't even deserve her request (which would honestly be a gift then).
How about searching an artist who does take request if it's that important to you?

I wish I would have a gift like that, but no. I agree, she doesn't know me and that was out of nowhere.
My search/quest has grown weary and tiresome. I should just give up on finding an artist. Every time, I find a great one, who does beautiful artwork and I actually ask (its been a while since I actually did look for one) its always either no, or "pay me." As you can see I have no money to offer.
