We, as beings, are hostages to ancestral programs. Within our destinies are embedded blocks and burdens, fears and neuroses passed down through generations. We are chimeras, composed of parts inherited from our ancestors but also possessing our unique essence. We are both their blocks and fears, neuroses and depressions. We are also their hopes and talents, successes and achievements. We must find a way to coexist with all of this.
