Great tutorial, but just wondering why you colour the entire character grey? and then change it to a dark peach, even though you colour over the dark peach. Thank you in advance!

Make the lineart on a separate layer and change the layer to multiply, or make a layer above the lineart layer, clip it, and then paint over that with or without a layer effect.

Huh, I'd like to do that but I use the lineart to select as a method to fill in, so the space under it is never compleatly colored in. Can I ask how you manage that?

If you use your lineart to select you could edit your selection outwards by a few pixels, or you can just use the clipping method I mentioned before. Make your selections, color like normal, and then when you're done make a new layer above your lineart. Clip that layer to the line art. Then set the layer you clipped to "multiply", or some other setting, or what I do is just leave it normal and pick colors manually. Paint over the line art like you would anything else and you should be good to go.
