If I had Photoshop... and maybe a tablet, I would so try this... But I don't... I only have a slightly-better-than-Paint program... And a mouse... Well, I guess you could still do this with a mouse...

I gave it a try, I have a certain paint program that can do some things but not others so I had to give up on some parts, but it sitll helped alot. Thanks ^_^

Your tutorial was very helpful. I used Photoshop for the FIRST TIME EVER! Today I down loaded the trial version just so I could do your water background tutorial!
I do have a question though... After you did the highlights in the corner.... how did you get it so bright? You didn't really explain that all to clear (that or I am such a noob it went over my head, that is more likely the case).
I have the picture I did off your tutorial in my scraps I was wondering if you could answer/comment on it.
