Flash off.I used one of my new watercolor pencils (those I got for Christmas) throughout the whole picture on one of my newer watercolor paper sheets (which a sibling of mine and I got for Christmas and are splitting approximately half-and-half). The light blue squares were from just the pencils and water, and those that are darker are from those and some of my usual watercolor paints.
Big shoutout to my mom 1footonthedawn for her interpretation.
