Matte iPhone UI v1.1by Shubham Kedia
The download includes two files, Matte Aqua.theme and Matte Graphite.theme. SSH one or both of those to /Library/Themes and apply ONE using WinterBoard.
Thanks a lot to Matthew Reako, David Forgash, and iKon for beta testing the theme.

Very nice skin, but i found bug, when i on lock screen press two times home, and open ipod player on it, Album title is without black bg.

for the control thing, the two buttons at the bottom are working fine but the volume control bar doesnt work

I'm pretty late in the game, but let me just say thank you for all the work you've put into this theme.
It's beautiful and actually less distractive as the glossy default theme.

The only two large bugs I can find are navigation buttons that are placed together (like the top of the App Store) do not have a proper selected state and the rounded edges of the buttons do not allow them to be next to one another properly.

You have to jailbreak it first, after the jailbreak , you will have a app on your iPhone named "Cydia". From there you download Winterboard and then search cydia for themes.

Hello, this is a very complete and beautiful theme...
BUT I could never make it to work. This is the only iPhone theme that Winterboard just doesn't apply!!

try applying only that theme and unselect evrything else i had that same problem

It worked pretty fine for me. I have an 3G iPhone 16GB 3.1.2 JB and unlocked and it worked perfect.
