Description
Victor is a local Pokémon professor, he was once the water type gym leader but retired due to something traumatic happening; but he still is fond of the days of him being a gym leader.
He has 1 child (who is named Sebastian I will make his design soon) who is gonna be a trainer soon.
Victor is a massive book worm and mainly enjoys sci-fi books, he also enjoys cooking as well.
Victor considers on becoming a water gym leader again once Sebastian is an adult
