I can't stop looking at the details on the monkies...each one has a different personality, a different face. Your color palette, though not typical jungle, perfectly depicts tropical heat. I'm so glad I stumbled across this

Amazing. The amount of detail on the snake and the monkey's is really astounding. The golden light symbolises a number of things for me, not only the fact that Kaa is now their new king, but it is the end of day's for some of them and their era. Of course, it just looks beautiful, also.

Woah, lot's of monkeys. And well painted monkeys too. Not to mention the lovely work on the snake's scales too. I'm very impressed that you painted this with traditional mediums; it's all very detailed. It's been a while since I've seen something like this that hasn't been digital. You must know what you're doing. ^^
