Description

These 4 ancient cypress trees have special powers to protect the swamps from human harm. Their powers are limited to inside swamp lands, so anybody can go into the swamp, but that doesn’t mean they will come back. The large tree on the left has powers over the higher animals, like snakes and gators. For example if a person is harming a swamp tree, water moccasins will drop from the limbs like chunks of black glowing lava to deliver burning bites.

The next tree has powers over the insects, like mosquitos and ticks. For example, If a person is harming any of the higher animals, like killing a snake, clouds of mosquitos will black out the warm sunlight and suck out all the warm blood.

The next tree has power over the swamp bottom. For example if a person is dumping pollution, the ground under their feet will turn into quick sand and swallow them whole as if they were caught by an anaconda.

The last tree on the right has special powers. It can actually spin parts of the swamp in any direction and create mutating mazes. This power is saved for the worst offenders, like developers who want to drain the swamp and build shopping malls. Unlike the other punishments, death will not be quick. Just when they think they found a way out of the swamp, the north trail will go south, the east west, the tree on the right is now on the left, the sun in front is now behind. In a few days they will beg for death by snake, mosquitos, or quicksand, but there will be no mercy.
