Nobody ever saw him or knows him, those who met him have perished.
As his brother Levo and sister Prava play with the world of Seleniana, with Levo giving people freedom and chaos so they would amuse him with their foolishess, and Prava forcing people to obey her rules, and disposing anyone who disobeys her rule, as she tries to make a flawless world.
Oko just watches their quarrel, and sometimes creates chosen ones to shake things up. He loves to watch, he doesn't care if something bad happens or something good. He just enjoys to see how humans love each other... and kill each other. It's all the same for him, just a simple amusement.

I used primary colors as his main ones to portray him as a prime being, the one that existed before creation of the world.
