Description
Felios is one of the Isle of Origin's many converted citizens. He likes to stick close to Turaga Nuum because they appear to be the only two people on the island who are level headed about the change, all the other Mator-Rahi have either gone mad or are in hiding.
Felios is able to fire large fire balls from the scoop on his tail, for self-defence more than anything. He is very vunerable being so small, as he found out when he went to investigate a disturbance on the Eastern of the Island's two table-top mountains. He was attacked by a lone Kikanalo and had to be rescued by Protau and his allied Nui Khari.

The reason I built Felios was because of my first ever Bionicle MOC, Bionicle Cat (or BC). It was, and I mean this, crap. There were no moving parts apart from a wierd wheel thing, from the old Robo-Riders, that spun. When I updated the series I knew I had to re-design him and Felios was the product.
