Awesome! Ok, now back to the movie, you were tied-up... like... a lot, right? Was it always for real?

I mean, it looked so real. Absolutely, yes. Ropes, shackles, handcuffs, it was all very real and always pretty tight, haha... But that was part of the movie, of the story, you know. It was meant to be intense, so we had to make it intense. But it was also very safe. There was always someone with a bolt cutter to cut the ropes or chains in case of an emergency. So yeah, whenever you see me in restraints, it's real.

Wow, ok. Can you share anything about being tied-up so much, almost all the time? What was easy, what was more difficult? I guess some positions were really hard to do, right?

Sure. Well, the easier stuff was usually with my hands above my head or behind my back, that was no big deal, physically. But I remember one scene, where my hands were tied behind my head, but... like that. And I was also on my knees and my hands and feet were connected with rope so they were pulling at each other... that was quite hard.
