Yes, again, heh heh. As The Story would have gone, if I wrote it, even after Ria distanced herself from the MC, and Gail swooped in to try and catch him on the rebound, there were still feelings all around. Despite his previous simping, the MC didn't fall for Gail's attempt to reattach herself to him. She knew it too, she was just willing to be his support so he wouldn't go completely mad after sacrificing over half his body to become an unstoppable dragon slaying machine only for it to push away the woman he wanted to protect. Eventually though a major political event occurred that made Ria realize that the MC was still in there somewhere in that murder machine he made himself and started to work her way back into the scenario. Unfortunately the scenario was a suicide mission that could actually put the Dragon Slayer Corps on the high ground against the dragon swarm. It was never attempted before, but they never had a solider that could the amount of damage the MC could without a drop of mana. He agreed to do it on the condition that Ria be placed in a position where she could achieve her dreams, which ironically was knocking the Elveen out of the place of reverence, but that's another story. Both Gail and Ria refused to let him do it alone despite the fact they would be at even more risk since the two had more mana than almost the entire military. They came to an understanding that while the MC's goal was to protect humanity, their goal was to protect the MC. There was an ending to this, but this is already a lot of blathering when you're just here for the red booty cheeks. Enjoy!
