At 19:45, Poppy Cammile, a taxonomist at Monitoring Post 25, detected a strange frequency from the North, near the border between Overland and Hondland, the northernmost continent. Similar reports were also received from several other Apexius monitoring posts throughout the area. Poppy immediately reported her findings to her younger brother, Lloyd, who was the leader of Monitoring Post 25 and Control Post 21, to check on the status of the Apexius Yeti.

Lloyd, who had previously noticed the Yeti's strange behavior and their frequent howling as if calling for something, decided to gather all the officers at the Apexius Yeti monitoring and control posts. He informed them about the strange frequency that was affecting the Yeti's behavior across all posts. Then, Lloyd ordered the evacuation of local residents and the preparation of guards and tranquilizer officers to deal with the possibility of a Yeti riot.

After the officers were dismissed, Lloyd met with Gerald, Olguer, Risa, and Vera, his trusted men who were directly chosen to work under him. He tried to find out if there were any suspicious activities at Control Post 21 last week, but they all did not see any suspicious activity.
