awww thanks so much! The hands are sooo hard to draw because there's so much going on in them, all those fingers and knuckles and lines, so the trick is to break it down and make something thats normally not easy, easy! glad it helps!

lol.. biggest pain in the neck, palm and fingers. but they're really the most interesting, challenging features of the human body to draw! i'll try my best!
thx for this <3<3<3

the main problem i have, is when drawing hands small-ley, on a full body picture.
any tips, or do i just need to practice, and just have a sharp pencil?
thank you for this hough! very VERY helpful!!!

kitten-chan In reply to hula-crazy [2006-10-14 13:35:35 +0000 UTC]
Practice will help~ What is the problem specificallyt? Is it that you cant get all the detail in?
Becauseif that is the case you either need to start the body bigger or as you suggested yourself~ Have a sharper pencil.
Youre very welcome and thanks so much for your comment!

hula-crazy In reply to kitten-chan [2006-10-14 16:49:36 +0000 UTC]
i think the problem is just making them look realistic.
i can get the shape right(ish) but they just look likt blocks of colour.
btw, i tried out the circles method, when i was drawing my freinds hand in art yesterday, and it was well good!!! it really does work, having like, a framewrok to build up on.
just thought you might want to know...
