Backstory - A dragon with a peppy attitude, he loves everything and anything. He has no idea why he has abilities and was outed out by his peers. Luckily, he was found by his "big brother", Astra. He tends to make a ticking sound out of fear and has a HUGEE collection of clocks, watches, anything that documents time.
