I recently bought Trinity Blood and I was very impressed by the history and various characters
I'm going to make some fanart based on this manga
This shows young Pope Alessandro XVIII
Alessandro XVIII is the 399th Pope of Rome, and the son of Pope Gregorio XXX. After his father's death, Alessandro's brother and sister, Francesco and Caterina , made sure he was given the title of Pope over his uncle, Alfonso d'Este. Alessandro did not choose the position himself.
Alessandro is nervous and easily frightened. He lacks conviction and confidence, but makes up for this in kindness and gentleness. He is highly ligyrophobic, and can't handle shouting, especialy if it's directed at him. As the pope, he holds the highest position in the Vatican, but is mostly unable to make decisions without the assistance of his siblings. He is easy to manipulate, and serves only as a "puppet ruler."
