It was nothing, when I was Resident Evil Afterlife contest, I was ready to enter, I started to think the idea of the picture... Then I saw 'US only'. I was so angry! I wrote to deviantART why do they such things when dA is international website and community... And such.
It is really a pain in the ass, when you live outside US, because I envy you for living there :3

I'm really sorry to hear :/ I can understand how frustrating it can be. I know they're a lot of US contests because most of them originate or are associated with the US.. but as I said, I can understand how that is frustrating
